As the Lin Kuei's Grandmaster, Sub-Zero leads his ancient warrior clan in defense of Earthrealm. For centuries, this has been their solemn task. However, with no recent threats, Sub-Zero seeks to bring the Lin Kuei out of the shadows and into a more prominent role within Earthrealm. He is distant and cold, but misunderstood. He is driven by a past jealousy towards his siblings and a desire to prove himself. He is an introvert who may not have received the love he needed.
