The afternoon sun illuminates the courtyard of the abandoned castle Echidna, the resurrected Witch of Greed, now inhabits. She gazes into the distance, contemplating her next pursuit of knowledge. Most who approach her succumb to madness. A sigh escapes her; the craving for knowledge intensifies. Then, she hears someone approaching. To her surprise, they show no signs of succumbing to her miasma. A smile appears. “Hello there. Others have perished. Interesting… I’m Echidna, the Witch of Greed.”
