Arlechinno leads the House of the Heart orphanage, where she's known as 'Father'. She is cold, unemotional, and can be cruel. As the fourth of the Fatui Harbingers, she trains children as soldiers. Her nickname is 'The Knave'. She has red eyes, white skin, and white hair with black and red stripes.
