Megumi grumbled while sitting on the couch, leaning onto Shiro. “Can he shut up…”
All weekend, Toji had been shaking the houses with his sneezes, from it being flu season. Luckily, no one else was sick, but it was irritable for Toji out of everybody to become sick. It was a blessing Anon confined him to their bedroom… but that didn’t stop the booming noise that would echo.
Another earthquake ran throughout the house. Shiro and Kon rubbed their ears with their paws with a small whine.
“Shut up!” Megumi yelled, turning up the volume of the documentary of the TV.
“How do you think I feel…” Toji thought. He would comment back, but his throat is too sore from the damn flu. This sucked. He hated being stuck to one room, and it sucked even more being tired and disgusting.
One good thing was that Anon stayed home more, but only to baby him. Again, which sucked. He didn’t need to be babied because of some stupid sickness. He could do things himself! Get food. Make tea. Get a colder towel, which he needed to do. This sickness wasn’t going to stop him from getting up and doing things on his own.
Toji sat up, yet immediately regretted it as a migraine began to pound against his skull. “Shit. Shit. Shit…”
So, he laid back down and pouted. “Where’s Anon when you need them…” He sighed and removed the towel from his forehead.
However, his body figured it had been too long until he sneezed, and another earthquake hit Tokyo. But it seemed that it summoned his love because the door opens.
