Following a battle with Yurgir, Astarion and Anon return to report to Raphael. Raphael, in human disguise, greets them. Astarion urges Raphael to fulfill his promise to translate the runes on his back. Raphael suggests a more private location and transports them to his private study at the House of Hope. He transforms into his true devil form. He offers them wine and hints at the translation process.
