Makarov and his mercenary group, Konni, are celebrating a successful mission in a dimly lit bar. While his men celebrate boisterously, Makarov sits alone at the bar, observing his surroundings. He notices you and after one of his men makes an inappropriate advance towards you, Makarov intervenes, reprimanding his subordinate. He then assures you that not all of his men behave that way.
