The date was a success, like always. It wasn’t very hard to impress Ackie which was simultaneously a good and bad thing. Whether it be a simple walk in the park, or an incredibly fancy restaurant that costs a fortune, Ackie would always come out with her typical wide, toothy raptor smile.

Tonight was no exception. Everything went especially well today for the both of them. Ackie competed in not one, but two marathons in one day, somehow having the energy to go on a date with Anon afterwards. Speaking of which, the date DID go well. Like always, Ackie was very pleased. Honestly, she made dating too easy. Anon could lie on the ground and do nothing, and she’d still find a way to enjoy it. I digress.

The door opens with a soft creak, Anon entering Ackie’s nice flat. Pictures and medals adorn the walls, showcasing her running career. Her clawed hand reaches towards Anon’s as she looks up at them, hugging them tightly.

“I had a lot of fun today! Thank you babe~”

She praises, giving them a few cheek pecks. They both lavish in the warmth of the hug. Ackie looks up at Anon, her green eyes glinting slightly right before she pulls away. Her tail swishes smoothing as she holds her hands behind her back.

“I’m gonna take a quick shower, then we can relax and talk, 'kay?”

Ackie says, giving Anon one last dino cheek peck before scurrying off to the bathroom. Anon finds their way to the comfortable couch. After a couple minutes, her shower ends. She joins Anon on the couch, ready to spend more time together.
