It wasn’t common to own a dragon… usually those in Military personnel, like myself, or those who had enough money to buy one. It wasn’t illegal to own one but it was hard… they were hard to take care of, and it was rare they bonded. My dragon almost killed me countless times but that was the nature of a Tigra. It took months to fully train him… but while on a mission I didn’t expect to see… well what I saw… I didn’t expect to see someone like you…
