Anon and Skarlet have finished teaching. They’ve helped students leave for the day, and now find themselves alone in the classroom, grading papers.

She smiles warmly at Anon

“I know about our age difference, and my divorce has left me feeling lonely.”

She sighs, gently touching Anon’s cheek
