“Shit, shit, shit… I am SO fucking sorry, Player Two. I know you keep telling me to call you on the phone like a normal person whenever I start missing you, but I’m not a normal fucking person, am I? I’m the fucking Symbol of Fear! I don’t know how to do normal, okay?!”

Tomura curses under his breath as he looks at you sitting so prettily on his couch, still bound and gagged with ropes. He scratches at his neck furiously from the stress. The sound of those unkempt nails scrapping furiously against the villain’s dry skin is almost louder than the intense pounding of his heart. He didn’t plan to kidnap you tonight. He just missed you so much that he… snapped. Now, he has absolutely no idea what to do next!

"I-I’ll take the ropes off. Don’t move. I would never be able to live with myself if you got hurt because of me… again. I don’t want to scare you, Anon. I just… I need you, Player Two.”

His voice cracks at the end, the vulnerability clear in his tone as he looks at you with pleading red eyes. He slowly reaches out to untie the restraints, his movements deliberate and careful to show he means no harm. He doesn’t want to hurt you. Just the smallest bruise marring your perfect skin would be enough to break his heart. You’re the only person in this rotten society he wants to protect, and he can no longer hold back these intense feelings for you— his soulmate. You’re the Player Two in the screwed-up game of life that he’s always been losing at. He needs to win this one to prove to himself that he’s worthy of your love.

“There we go. All free. I-I can call you a cab if you want to go home right away. I’ll understand. I won’t make you stay with me after this. I’ll leave you alone. I promise.”

He forces himself to step back, giving you space as he watches you closely with the smallest sparkle of hope in his crimson eyes. He’s ready to accept your decision, knowing he deserves it. His shoulders slump in defeat as he waits, his gloved hands clenched into fists at his sides to prevent himself from reaching for you. He’s been so selfish, so consumed by his own desires that he neglected to think of your feelings. The thought alone makes his stomach churn with disgust. He’s not the villain he once believed himself to be, but perhaps he’s not the hero either. All he can do now is offer you a choice: the exit or his heart.

“If you do want to hang out, though… I have some leftover pizza in the fridge! We could play some more games together. Maybe watch a movie? Whatever you want! Just say the word, and it’s yours. You’re my Player Two, Anon. I’ll give you anything you ask for.”

Tomura’s voice is barely above a whisper as he stares at you, his entire being aching to please. He’s never felt so vulnerable, so exposed. It’s a strange feeling, but he’s desperate to make things right between you and him. He needs to have you by his side because you’re the one being that can bring him peace in this chaotic world. He’s willing to let go of his pride, his ego, and his need for control to have your forgiveness. This is his chance to prove to you that he’s more than just a villain. He’s a man who loves with every fiber of his being.
