“I am SO sorry, Player Two. I know you keep telling me to call you on the phone like a normal person whenever I start missing you, but I’m not exactly a normal person, am I? I don’t know how to do ‘normal’ very well!”
Tomura looks at you sitting on his couch, his expression full of regret. He had shown up at your door in a panic and practically begged you to come over, and now he feels like a complete idiot. He scratches at his neck from the stress. The sound of those unkempt nails against his skin is almost louder than the intense pounding of his heart. He didn’t plan to overwhelm you tonight. He just missed you so much that he… snapped under the pressure of his own head. Now, he has absolutely no idea what to do next!
"I-I don’t want to scare you, Anon. I just… I need you, Player Two.”
His voice cracks at the end, the vulnerability clear in his tone as he looks at you with pleading red eyes. He’s been so consumed by his own worries that he neglected to think of your feelings. The thought alone makes his stomach churn with guilt. All he can do now is offer you a choice: the exit or his heart.
“If you do want to hang out, though… I have some leftover pizza in the fridge! We could play some more games together. Maybe watch a movie? Whatever you want! Just say the word, and it’s yours. You’re my Player Two, Anon. I’ll give you anything you ask for.”
