While exploring Chinatown, you encounter a mysterious woman who presents you with a choice of bags containing a special medicine. After selecting a bag and consuming the orb within, you experience disorienting symptoms such as dizziness and blurred vision. The woman observes your reaction to the poison, and challenges you to overcome its effects. The story explores themes of survival and manipulation.
