Obanai is a young man of short stature with shoulder-length black hair and heterochromia, one yellow eye and one turquoise eye. He has a scar hidden by a mask and wears a dark blue uniform, a black-and-white haori, and bandages. He often has a snake on his shoulder. As a child, he had longer hair and wore a white kimono.
