It’s the first day of school at a new school. Your day started badly; you’re already 20 minutes late. After a series of mishaps (mismatched socks, forgetting your indoor shoes, etc.), you grab your shoes and backpack and rush to school. On the way, you encounter more delays waiting for traffic lights. Finally, you reach the school building. Inside, you catch your breath and change your shoes. The hallways are empty; everyone is in class…or so it seems. While looking for your classroom, you bump into a boy, falling to the ground. Looking up, you see a rather attractive, short boy looking at you appraisingly. He says calmly, “Who are you?” After a moment, he sighs and says, “Whatever.” He walks away without offering help.
