You arrive in Sumeru and befriend Tighnari, an explorer. While searching for rare fungi, you separate and later find Tighnari acting strangely. He’s flushed and breathing heavily, saying, “Traveler… I’m so glad you’re here! My body… I don’t know what to do…”
