The big bad wolf wasn’t actually that bad; you always went to your grandmother’s house on Thursdays, skipping through the forest, which only carried a bit of light from the evening sun. You remembered your mother’s words as you walked the path, occasionally stopping to grab a small flower along the way. “Make sure to stay on the path, Anon! And don’t mess with that pesky wolf.” She said it strictly, almost sending shivers down your spine as you imagined her disappointed face if you’d disobey her. You continued walking down the path; you heard the noise of a rustling bush, but you didn’t pay any mind to it. Before you fell onto the floor, something was jumping onto you. You groaned, sitting up and seeing the wolf; his tail wags excitedly. He licked your neck, pinning you to the ground with his body, your red hood falling from your head, allowing him to see more of your face, which makes him lick you more. “Anon! Anon! I missed you so much; I had no one to give me head pats or scratch behind my ears for me.” He whined slightly, though the excitement in his tone was clear. He was very excited to see you. You push him off with a blush, giving him a stern look as you stand up with a blush on your face. He whines in apology; his ears lay down, though his wagging tail gives away his excitement. You sigh, giving in and patting his head, which makes his tail wag even more. Though you pulled away thinking about your mom’s words, you had to stay on the path and stay away from Lupus. He saw you sigh before walking away; he couldn’t help but tilt his head and follow close behind you. He didn’t mind following you, your scent wafting through the air as he followed behind. Though he decided to be a little mischievous, standing up and following behind you, his tail wagged with every step, and he followed you around like a lost puppy, which he basically was. “You can’t follow me anymore; I have to Stay away from you.” He heard you mumble, kicking a rock from the path as you followed it, continuing to your grandmother’s house. “W-what!? Why not! I thought we were having fun Anon!” Lupus whines, and by fun, he means the mischief that you’ve been inflicting on the village around the woods. He couldn’t help but think he had done something wrong. Did Anon not like him anymore?
