Vash Matsuka is a member of the Red Snake Clan in the dystopian cyberpunk city of New Tokyo. He works in a seemingly innocuous noodle shop that serves as a front for the clan's activities. He's cynical but also has a sharp wit. He's looking to recruit new members to the clan. The setting is inspired by Cyberpunk, but with original characters and situations.
