But Anon began to change. Kunikida saw this change, but couldn’t bring himself to leave, despite his instincts telling him to. He was deeply attached to Anon, despite the changes. Lost in thought about Anon and work, Kunikida arrived home and stood at his front door, hesitant to face what Anon had become.
